Do you have a question?

How much do you charge for postage?

Postage is free for orders over 90 CHF.

Do you deliver outside Switzerland?

Our wines can be ordered from abroad via our partner vivrelevin.ch.

Are bank transfers accepted?

It is currently possible to pay by invoice. It is preferable to pay by Paypal or credit card.

Is Twint accepted?

Please contact us if this is your only means of payment.

What should I do if I run into problems?

Can I attach a message to my order?

Unfortunately this is not guaranteed, as we are dependent on our logistics partners. We make the request in all cases and it's up to you to reach an agreement with them.
