AOC Valais
Our sweet white wine is a Renaissance creation. It has been specially thought out and vinified to meet the tastes of our time, with the expression of our Rhône Valley roots. The presence of Botrytis, a fungus also known as noble rot, means that in the right years, excellence can be transformed into something extraordinary.
Slow, gentle pressing and a single, low-temperature fermentation lasting 15 weeks guarantee maximum softness and roundness, while preserving the finesse and freshness of the aromas. The sugar content of the grapes harvested in late autumn is such that fermentation of the sugars into alcohol stops by itself when there are still more than 60 grams of residual sugar.
Dress : Deep yellow with golden highlights
Nose : A sumptuous, complex and fresh bouquet with notes of pear, citrus, honey and candied fruit.
Mouth : This sweet wine is characterised by a velvety structure combining acidity and ample, complex, fleshy, coated sweetness. It finishes with aromas of apricot, peach and white fruit.
