APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All orders placed on the Internet with Cave Renaissance SA are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted, without reservation, the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 1.2 Cave Renaissance SA reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on this site. Each order placed after the publication by Cave Renaissance SA of the new version of its General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitutes acceptance of the latter.

ORDERS

By placing an order on this site, you agree to purchase the products you have selected in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 2.2 The photos displayed on the Cave Renaissance SA website are non-contractual. 2.3 Vintages are subject to availability. 2.4 La Cave Renaissance SA offers its products for sale on this site while stocks last.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders you place on this site do not constitute a binding contract until they have been confirmed by an e-mail from Cave Renaissance SA. 3.2 The Cave Renaissance SA reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse an order, particularly in the case of unpaid invoices or insolvency. 3.3 The data recorded by the Cave Renaissance SA constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or transaction. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes irrefutable proof of financial transactions.

PRICE

The prices payable for the goods you order are those shown on this site at the date of the order, including VAT but excluding delivery costs. 4.2 Delivery costs are invoiced according to the price list available on the site on the date of the order. 4.3 La Cave Renaissance SA reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery charges at any time and to cancel any contract that contains errors in wording, printing or calculation.

DELIVERY

All orders confirmed by Cave Renaissance SA will be delivered to the address indicated on the order. 5.2 Cave Renaissance SA does its utmost to ensure delivery within 5 to 15 working days following receipt of the order. 5.3 Deliveries can only be made in Switzerland. 5.4 A delay in delivery does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order and does not give rise to any compensation. If the delay exceeds 30 working days, Cave Renaissance SA undertakes to keep you informed. Cave Renaissance SA will do its utmost to guarantee the shortest possible delivery time.

VERIFICATION OF GOODS

It is up to you to check the quantity and condition of the goods on delivery. 6.2 If you notice that goods are missing or damaged, you must report this to the carrier and inform Cave Renaissance SA within 5 days of delivery. Cave Renaissance SA will then replace the missing or damaged goods identically. 6.3 Any anomalies noted later, such as a cork taste, must be reported in writing to [email protected].

RETURNS

You may return unsatisfactory goods within 5 days of receipt of the order. 7.2 La Cave Renaissance SA only accepts returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging accompanied by the invoice. 7.3 When returns have been made in the prescribed manner, La Cave Renaissance SA will reimburse the price of the returned merchandise within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned merchandise. You are responsible for shipping costs.

PAYMENT

Payments are made on invoice, and goods are dispatched on receipt of payment. 8.2 Cave Renaissance SA undertakes to make current online payment methods available to customers as quickly as possible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The photos and texts illustrating and describing the products on this site are non-contractual and for information purposes only. La Cave Renaissance SA accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the photos or texts appearing on this site. 10.2 Without limiting the scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, no claim whatsoever in respect of products delivered, non-delivery of products or otherwise may exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products that gave rise to a claim for damages. 10.3 La Cave Renaissance SA cannot be held responsible for indirect damage of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with the use of its products.

MAJOR FORCE

La Cave Renaissance SA will do its utmost to fulfil its obligations but cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, natural disasters or others that prevent the production, transport or delivery of products. 11.2 In the event of delays, Cave Renaissance SA will fulfil its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute remaining stocks of products among its customers in an equitable manner.

BAN ON SALES TO MINORS

In accordance with the law, the sale of alcohol to minors is subject to various restrictions. By validating their order, customers certify that they are at least 18 years old, so that these regulations and legal provisions can be respected.

APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the law of the country in which Cave Renaissance SA, which issues your invoice, is registered. 13.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Charrat - district of Martigny - Cave Renaissance SA - 1906 Charrat.
