Notre assemblage de cépages rouges est élevé en cuve. Il a été spécialement été pensé et vinifié pour répondre aux goûts de notre temps avec nos racines du début de la vallée du Rhône.
Slow maceration over 5 weeks gently extracts the tannins, colour and structure of this red wine. This speciality is matured for 12 months in 400-litre barrels (50% new, 50% 2nd passage) during which the second fermentation takes place.
Dress : Intense crimson red
Nose : Mineral, with coffee aromas and a hint of truffles
Mouth : Round, powerful, full-bodied, mellow and warm, the finish is underpinned by powerful, mellow tannins.
