Sweet wines like our Privilège Or du Temps 2022 are characterised by their volume on the palate, their smoothness and the complexity of their aromas. These qualities are born of special climatic conditions found only in a few exceptional Valais terroirs. Among these conditions, the presence of Botrytis, a fungus known as noble rot, plays a crucial role. In favourable years, it sublimates the grapes by concentrating them, transforming excellence into an extraordinary wine.

This is a great sweet wine that combines the best grapes from Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and HermitageThe grapes are carefully selected from plots suited to over-ripening. Pressing is slow and gentle, and low-temperature fermentation preserves exceptional smoothness and roundness, while maintaining a lovely aromatic freshness. With a residual sugar content of between 60 and 80 grams, this wine has a richness on the palate that naturally halts fermentation, providing perfect balance.
