Ambition

A blend of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, Ambition is aged for 24 months in barrels. This vinification adds a touch of toast and toasted bread to the red and black fruit notes. This very fine, complex wine is ideal for a wide range of food and wine combinations.

Traditional vinification, aged in barrels for 24 months

Dark red colour.
Fine, complex nose with morello cherry and prune aromas and a hint of toast.
Generous, powerful and concentrated on the palate. Intense fruity notes on the finish.
Serving temperature: 12-18°.

This wine is perfect with red meats or a cheese platter. It is also ideal with an excellent dark chocolate.
