Gamay

Originally from the Beaujolais region, Gamay has flourished in the Valais since the 19th century, where it has found a perfect home.
Its granite soils are ideal for developing its typical characteristics.

Traditional vinification in vats

Raspberry red colour.
Fruity on the nose, with a hint of leather.
On the palate, the aromas of wild berries are round and pleasant, supported by supple, mellow tannins.
Serving temperature: 13-15°.

Ideal as an aperitif, it also goes well with poultry, grilled meats or Valais dishes.
It'll also surprise you as a perfect accompaniment to fondues and raclettes!
