Humagne Rouge

This grape variety ripens very late, so for optimum quality it needs plots with a warm, generous climate.

Vinification in vats, pre-fermentation maceration

Black red colour.
Nose of violets, ivy and a fine spicy note.
On the palate, a rustic wine with powerful tannins and an aroma of red berries and oriental spices.
Serving temperature: 13-15°.
