Humagne Rouge

Despite persistent legends, red humagne bears no resemblance to Oriou. It ripens very late in the season, so for optimum quality it needs plots with a warm, generous climate.

Vinification in stainless steel vats

Black red colour.
Nose of ivy leaves, violets and a fine spicy note.
On the palate, a rustic wine with powerful tannins and an aroma of red berries.
Serving temperature: 13-15°.

A wine to pair with a Valais chamois stew or very strong cheeses.
