Sweet Malvasia

Malvoisie is the name given in Valais to the pinot gris grape variety. It is used to make sweet or over-ripe wines. Our Malvoisie is slightly sweet, typical of its variety.

Traditional vinification in vats

Golden yellow colour.
Fruity nose, with hints of candied fruit and vineyard peaches.
Full-bodied on the palate, with notes of dried apricots and currants.
Serving temperature: 6-12°.

This Malvoisie delicate goes well with foie gras, roast pineapple with vanilla ice cream, or blue cheese.
