Petite Arvine, the emblematic grape variety of the Valais and Valle d'Aosta, is certainly one of the world's greatest white grape varieties. Delicate to grow, it produces an elegant wine with a salty finish. Demanding when it comes to choosing the right plots of land, it should be planted in the warmest and driest parts of the Valais vineyards.
